Our parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail and Evri Services. We may on occasions use DPD and UPS depending on the size and weight of your parcel(s).
Orders placed on/before 12pm will be dispatched for next day delivery and any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. If you order is placed on Friday after 12pm, it will be dispatched the following Monday. We deliver Monday-Friday.

Returns Information
If in the unlikely event you find that your products are not suitable, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unused with original packaging attached. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail to the return address (given by contacting customer services).
No refunds will be given for the costs of delivery or return postage unless the item(s) had arrived with the customer damaged or in un-usable condition. If the customer wishes to only return an un-damaged, (no longer needed) item, these costs will be expended by the customer.
No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post UNTIL claim has been made to the carrier and investigation completed.
